Nice from far, but far from nice: is what I would use to sum up SETA and the people who work for the company. The apartments may look appealing but are poorly built and for the prices pay it's not worth living there! Not quiet at all. People don't pick up after their pets; the 'maintenance' done is of low quality & the grounds don't get cleaned regularly!!!

It's a lovely community and the apartments are incredibly nice compared to other apartment homes. The only downside and the consistently fluctuating prices. So it would depend on the type of unit and cost they could get.

I would not, and do not recommend this complex because the rent is high, and the complex is poorly maintained on the back side of the complex; the parking is awful, the parking rules are awful; and the pot/cigarette smoking is out of control.

The community is great, it's the other tenants that can ruin it for other people. No one seemed to pick up after their pets and many people allowed their pets to use the bathroom on the walkways, hallways and other common areas. Other than that, we enjoyed the apartment itself.

SETA was a nice, quiet community. The pros outweigh the cons in our experience as residents throughout the year. However, I do believe it is overpriced for the location. The monthly utilities are expensive and the move out costs were ridiculous. Trash charges should not be dependent on resident occupancy. It should be a set monthly fee. First month I paid $5 and the price gradually increased to $15 a month the last 6 months. That is sneaky and cruel! And $500 for move out costs? Our apartment was in GOOD condition as quoted from both the office staff who did the walk through before move out. For those reasons alone, I would be hesitant to recommend the community to others. The value does not match the price.

The balcony is very high maintenance due to having the dryer vent into the balcony space, making the balcony unusable much of the time, or clean it daily. The freeway noise and soot is extremely unhealthy, prohibits me from getting fresh air and renders the balcony totally useless, even when I have cleaned it and the dryer is not working. The place has way too many lights at night and feels more like a cold prison than "home". It is impossible to get a dark room and even with the windows closed there is noticable freeway noise that is beyond annoying. All this and exhorbitant rents for the apartments that are near the freeway!

I enjoy the cleanliness of the community. I enjoy the quiet environment, despite living so close to the freeway. I enjoy the monthly events hosted by the office. I wish it was a gated community (for the price we pay). I wish the printer would work consistently when needed. I wish there was more the office could do about the smokers in this NON-SMOKING community. I don't think the monthly charges for trash are fair - as they fluctuate based on occupancy. There should be a set price.

High rent price, considering how loud it is living by the highway and all the black soot from the traffic getting onto/into everything. The main entrance has damaged my vehicle to where I may need repairs in the future. Recommend coordinating with the county to fix the issue with the main entrance being too steep.

The office personnel are great but unfortunately some residents with dogs do not respect the rules of the community. They don't clean up after their pets and bring them into the pool area and other areas where they don't belong. Also the hallway in our building gets littered with dead bugs and is only cleaned maybe once a month if that.
